This is not a bandsaw box. I used a router with a special tray bit to remove the excess wood and create the cavities. The body of the box is made of a thick piece of mahogany and the lids are made of oak. The lids swivel on a steel pin in the body and can be removed easily. This box holds considerably more jewelry than most of my other boxes, 8 3/4″ Long X 6″ wide X 2 3/4″ tall. Only $45 each and I have 2 in stock at this time.

I've also modified the pattern to produce a similar jewelry box with only one cavity. Since there is no stop for the lid, I added a couple of magnets to hold the box closed. 6″ long X 4″ wide X 3 1/4″ thick. Only $25 each and I currently have one in stock.

Both of these boxes are available in my online store at Myebooth.
